Just a few years ago, I was an unknown professor writing academic books that nobody read. Then, with God’s help, I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and develop my potential. Pinkos and wishy-washy liberals had cornered the market in cod psychology, so I guessed there must be a huge hunger for a self-help book, backed up with religion, mythology, CAPITAL LETTERS, and stating the obvious – one directed at responsible, socially minded conservatives craving some pseudointellectual ideology to prop up their beliefs. And bingo! Here are my 12 Rules for Life.

Jordan Peterson

1 Stand up straight with your shoulders straight

Most lobsters are complete bastards left to their own devices. Most humans are complete bastards left to their own devices. This proves there is a God who wants us to have order. Order is Masculine and Chaos is Feminine. Therefore to move towards Order, we all need to man up. Happiness is pointless. We are all on this Earth to suffer. So learn to suffer like a man. Not everyone can be as rich and successful as me, but try to be less of a failure than you already are.

2 Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping

The story of the Garden of Eden shows that we are all touched by Original Sin But you have a choice. You can either seek Heaven or be dragged down into Hell. Yes, you have a shameful, sinful nature but for God’s sake just make a bit of an effort. Stop waiting for other people to dig you out of your pitiful hole.

3 Befriend people who want the best for you

We are all Being. Just some of us are better Beings. Learn to tell the difference. Some people are beyond help. They are merely exploiting the willingness of good people to help them and, as Dostoyevsky rightly observes, will drag you down to their level. So stick with the winners. If people are determined to screw up, let them. They are nothing to do with the Divine Purpose.

4 Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not the useless person you are today

Face it, you’re never going to be that smart, so don’t compare yourself to someone who is. Start by getting on your knees to pray. Even if you don’t Believe in God. Atheists are merely people who are blinded to the true way of Being. There, you feel marginally less useless already.

5 Do not let your children do anything that makes you dislike them

Remember that children are born with Original Sin and have a huge capacity for Evil. They are not Innocent Beings. They need Discipline if they are going to grow up to be even vaguely worthwhile humans. And slap them if necessary – don’t listen to what the lefties say.

6 Set your house in order before you criticize the world

Remember the story of Cain and Abel? Well, read it then. Yes, Abel was a schmuck who deserved to die and Cain wasn’t quite as goddamn perfect as he thought he was. He deserved to die, too. We all deserve to die. So stop moaning if someone is richer and better-looking than you.

7 Pursue what is meaningful, not what is expedient

Life is suffering. The Book of Genesis tells us that. There is no easy way around this. So quit looking for shortcuts and start reading Nietzsche.

8 Tell the truth. Or at least don’t lie

To be honest, I’m scrabbling around for things but my publishers tell me I need 12. By telling you the Truth about this, I am an Improved Being. Certainly better than you.

12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos, by Jordan B Peterson (Jumia 1,800/=)

9 Assume the person you are listening to knows something you don’t

Just shut up, quit moaning, and listen to me. I know things you don’t. So don’t expect me to listen to you. That’s not the way things work. I’m here to make you feel Better about Yourself by telling you things you already know in a way that makes you feel clever.

10 Be precise in your speech

Confront the chaos of Being. Don’t try to beat about the bush. Things are going to be terrible. Oedipus killed his Dad. You may well kill yours. Get over it. Face up to the real horrors of the world.

11 Do not bother children while they are skateboarding

This is the rule that’s the real catnip for right-wingers everywhere. Want to know why the world is falling apart? It’s because liberals are turning boys into girlies with their namby-pamby ways. Let boys do boy things and girls do girl things. Nowhere in the Bible does God say anything about this trans nonsense. There’s nothing wrong with men having all the best jobs and women staying home to look after the kids. So back off, ladies, and give us men a break.

12 Pet a cat when you encounter one in the street

OK. So I really am scraping the barrel now. We’re all going to die. Probably painfully. So just make the best of what you’ve got. If you see a cat, stroke it. You might feel better. Though probably not. And if there are no cats, pet something else. Like a dog.

Digested read: Blessed are the Strong, for they shall inherit the Earth.

2. Stop using skin products made in factories or with chemicals you can’t ingest/pronounce.

You need to treat your skin like your mouth and stomach. Apply what you can safely eat or drink without major issues arising. E.g Rosewater, avocado, bee wax, honey, etc.

3. Stop using skin products all together

Your skin is like your stomach, do you really need to ingest something before the stomach can do its job? Then why do that to your skin? The skin is plenty efficient at doing its job.

4. Give your skin some rest

I know a number of you will skip the first 3 tips so at least follow this one. Every Saturday and Sunday apply nothing on your skin. Nothing at all!

See what happens if you do all this for a week. That’s it for now. See you next time.

How are you doing?

Here are some of the most beneficial yet controversial health tips.

DISCLOSURE: I AM NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR.

1. Literally everything popular is wrong.

The exact opposite is true e.g. salt, sugar, red meat, complex carbs, water intake, etc etc. (I will explain more)

2. There’s nothing more unhealthy than caring too much about your health

3. Slow metabolism = unhealthy.

Here are common things that slow down metabolism: PUFA(“Vegetable” Seed Oils), Blue light, Routine, Gut irritants/endotoxin (Mostly from vegetables and grains), Estrogen, BPA / Plastics, Anger / Stress, Sedentary lifestyle, Poor sleep, Excessive endurance exercise / Frequent long-distance running

4. Disease often starts in the gut via endotoxin production and inflammation.

This leads to a cascade of increased stress, lower metabolism, a shift to aerobic glycolysis, and decreased protective hormones. Cutting gut irritants is a powerful way to improve health.

5. Seed(vegetable) oils are the major cause of disease today.

They are hidden in everything. All restaurants cook with them. Cook with tallow, lard, suet, ghee, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, or butter instead. Avoid packaged food.

6. Vegan diets kill more animals than a grass-fed carnivore diet

7. Carbohydrates are essential for brain, adrenals, youth hormones, thyroid, and gut health.

8. Steak is a superfood.

Easily digestible protein, highly nutritious, loaded with bioactive like taurine, carnitine, carnosine, creatine, and anserine that you can’t get elsewhere. It needs to be a dietary staple.

9. Do not drink tap water.

Do not shower in tap water. Tap water is incredibly toxic. Use a filter.

10. Vegetables are not healthy foods.

Most have very few nutrients and are loaded with pesticides and gut irritants.

11. Most nuts and grains aren’t healthy.

Most are loaded with omega 6 and compounds that irritate your gut like lectins(nuts) and gluten(wheat)

12. Salt is very important and you are likely taking too little.

It’s a master electrocyte and helps control other electrolytes like magnesium and potassium

13. Arbitrary water limits and the general advice to chug water is terrible.

Thirst is an evolutionary conserved mechanism to regulate hydration and mineral balance. Excess water dilutes sodium and causes stress. Drink when thirsty

14. Soy is bad especially for men as it lowers testosterone and destroys sperms.

15. Pay the farmer now or the doctor later.

Pay up for quality food. It will make you more money now and save you more money later.

16. Progesterone is the real female hormone, not estrogen.

Incredibly protective, stabilizing, anti-cancer, pro-GABA, mood-boosting, metabolism increasing. It is produced in the 2nd half of a Women’s cycle, but due to excessive birth control usage, most women have low progesterone to estrogen.

17. Walking is strong medicine.

Helps with hormonal function, energy levels, digestion, mood, and lymphatic circulation. Walk in the sun every AM barefoot.

18. Moving out of a city and quitting the job you hate are the two most underrated ways to improve health.

19. DHT doesn’t cause hair loss. Stress, estrogen, calcification, low thyroid, and nutrient deficiencies do.

20. Plastic is poison. BPA-free means nothing.

21. Parabens and Phalates are toxic. Avoid them.

22. Have fun.

Constructively that is. Find a hobby you like that gives other people value and do it to your heart’s content. In fact, make it your job. As long as you have fun, you’ll be great.

23. Sun your genitals.

24. Beef liver is essential.

It is loaded with b vitamins you can’t get elsewhere. Vit A & copper work together to produce ceruloplasmin the master antioxidant w. delivers copper to cells to generate ATP. Vitamin A is required for hormone synthesis, skin health, immune function, etc. It’s tough to be at your optimal health without eating beef liver.

25. Eat only when you are hungry but because modernity has destroyed most of our senses.

Try eating 2 meals a day then move to one meal a day. Trust me, if you load this 1 meal with grass-fed meat, eggs, complex carbohydrates e.g tubers, saturated fat, and a bit of vegetable. You’ll be fuller and feel great.

26. Your stomach acid is supposed to be highly acidic.

Not basic not neutral. There’s a reason some of us are incapable of drinking milk. Increase its acidity by eating the right foods and fasting(IF, 2MAD, OMAD).

27. If your great grandparents never ate it then it’s probably not healthy.

28. A long walk a day will keep depression at bay

And that’s it for today. Remember: none of this is medical advice. Kindly experiment and see if these changes lead to a positive impact. Of which I can vouch that they do.

Get in shape. “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” - Socrates

Make improvements but stay true to who you are.

Craft yourself into a leader.

Have an impact on the world. Leave a dent. “Don’t go silently into nothingness without a legacy” - Stephen Ajulu

Talk to more people. Build a social life. Become more social.

Lead your friends! Lead them to self-improvement. Make them high-value men. Don’t be quick to drop friends if they are low value.

Adopt a winner’s mindset, a growth mindset, and an abundance mindset. There are enough resources for all of us. Did she dump you? Fine. Build your body, wealth and health then find someone better. Lost your job? Fine. Build your skills and find another one. Be in a state of constant growth.

Quit the victim mindset. No one will hand you anything in life and no one cares. You have to make lemonade with the lemons you have been handed. Don’t play the victim. Don’t be the victim.

Buy things. Ownership is key. Cut all the crap about renting. Buy property.

Stop putting women on a pedestal and as your focus. You are the prize. Focus on building yourself and your legacy. A woman must never be your first, second, and even third focus unless she’s your wife.

Women are naturally hypergamous. Learn this and red pill yourself. But don’t hate them for it. It’s their nature. Even in nature, females choose the man who can provide the most resources and protection. So instead of complaining and hating them, be the man who can provide the most resources and protection. This goes in tandem with no 7.

Become self-sufficient. Learn to be independent. Someone caused your business to go down? Be the kind of man who can start another one. Lost your job? Learn a skill then monetize. Never depend on anyone or anything. Become self-sufficient.

Identify your beliefs and stick to them

Inspire others. Look life is hard as it is. We all have different challenges but the fact remains, everyone has challenges. Be the kind of man who lifts people up. The one who inspires them to be more.

Take everything in life with a grain of salt.

Your life is 100% your responsibility. So act like it.

Bonus: Identify the things you value then protect them. I’d suggest you list the 5 things you value most. Mine is 1. My God, 2. My Mission/Purpose/Self, 3. My Family, 4. My Assets, and 5. You Guys + My Closest Friends.

Bonus: Become dangerous. Learn how to hurt others but don’t hurt others unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. “A harmless man is not a virtuous man.
NB: This article will trigger a lot of people. Continue reading if you would like to learn why and create your masculine character.

I’d like to begin by first defining masculinity. What it is and what it’s not according to me. Then I’ll cover the traits and characteristics you need to integrate and work on.

I believe greatness is coming to all the people who read this and understand it. Feel free to share your thoughts down below in the comments.

Masculinity

Masculinity is the lost art of being a strong, confident, intelligent, skillful, and manly character that is focused on the pursuit of an ultimate goal bigger than himself, women, and those around him.

Masculinity is not toxic, aggressive, and overly sexual. On the contrary, it’s a man who is in constant pursuit of things far greater than himself. Constantly improving himself and those around him. A true high-value man who is solving problems and creating things for the benefit of himself and others.

A man is destined to be a protector and provider. He understands his roles and follows the ways of his ancestors.

In this age of betas, white knights, simps, and soy boys, a masculine man sets himself apart by being a strong, charismatic, and useful member of society.

Tell me who are the first people to respond and react in times of danger? Who makes up the large percentage of protectors? Who provides the most? Who are the most willing to lay down their lives for others?

Never before has masculinity been this demonized. By no means am I saying that Toxic Masculinity doesn’t exist, what I am saying is that a large percentage of so-called feminists have bundled up good/necessary masculinity and toxic masculinity into one thing. Toxic Feminism has made attacking men/masculinity its sole purpose and they are winning! How do I know this? Look at the crime rates. Look at the no of fatherless children. These are the consequences of the erosion of masculinity.

But I like a quote by The Path To Manliness.

“When the barbarians are at the gates, suddenly masculinity is no longer toxic.”

How to create your own masculine character and live up to it

To create one, we first must know the characteristics of one. Here are a few examples. Remember we are working towards becoming a truly high-value man, not faking it. Go against the grain. Pick some characteristics, give yourself a time frame or a deadline then put in the work.

Physically, Emotionally and Mentally Strong

Intelligent and Highly Skilled

Calm, Collected, and Stoic

Having the ability to exercise extreme violence but remaining virtuous - A controlled monster. The true meaning of morality, virtue, and humility. Definition first coined by Jordan Peterson. A harmless person is not a virtuous person. When a harmless person tastes power, they cease to be virtuous as they become drunk with it and begin showing their true colors.

Self Control

A Risk Taker

Kind and Generous

Playful and Charismatic

Assertive and Dominant but not arrogant

Independence

Leadership

Ambition

Integrity

Socialized

Well Dressed and Groomed

Respectful

Dangerous

Focused

Sexual - At the appropriate time

Mysterious

Capable of transmuting sexual energy instead of spilling it carelessly

These are but a few examples. To create your own hyper-masculine character, I’d suggest you pick 5 then work on them.

Physical Strength and Virtue are a must. They ensure you are capable of protecting the things that are important to you without being a bully/brute. You don’t want to be a brute who bullies people in an attempt to garner respect. You want to be a protector. One who is naturally respected.

Skillfulness ensures you are capable of providing for your family.

Make sure that whatever you pick leads you down a path that will guarantee you can provide and protect. As these 2 things are key.

I am no different from beta males. Growing up mostly fatherless is hurting society.

But I am changing things, I am on the journey of becoming a masculine and high-value man. You have to remember it starts with you. Be the change you want to see in society. Don’t just spill your seed carelessly. The world doesn’t need more fatherless children, soy boys, betas, simps, and white knights.

It needs masculine role models willing to take the lead.

I am working on myself, constantly trying to put to death the less desirable traits within me. It’s a battle. But it’s one that I know I can win.

What about you?

I’d like to end with a quote: “Strong Men and Feminine Women Create Good Times, Good Times Create Soft Men and Masculine Women, Soft Men and Masculine Women Create Hard Times, and Repeat” It’s a modification of the original quote. Gender roles were created for a purpose. Find out what that purpose is and integrate. We are experiencing gender role reversal and it’s causing damage.

Share your thoughts in the comments and if this triggered you, I’d like to know why, so do due diligence.

And of course. Do due diligence, raise your testosterone, and research. I’ve written a plethora of articles that can help you in your journey. Go read them.

Have a great day!

Today I’d like to share what has helped me during times of sadness and depression.

Talk to someone - it is said that a problem shared is a problem half solved. Plus now you’ll have 2 brains. But if you are a man only talk to another man.

Workout/Exercise - Exercise has been proven to help bring people out of depression because it increases serotonin among other “feel good” hormones.

Journal/write it down - this will help you deal with it and find solutions

Engage in a hobby - Similar to exercise, this will help raise feel-good hormones

Let it out - If you have been carrying a heavy burden then just find a place where you are alone and let it all out. Hit something with all your strength.

Find a solution - I know how this sounds but if there’s a problem then I’d like to believe that there’s a solution.

Go to Christ - He knows all your problems, take it to the Lord in prayer. Cry out to Him.

Distract yourself - if all else fails then distract yourself productively e.g learn a new skill, build a website, go down the twitter red pill rabbit hole.

Bathe/shower with cold water - nothing hits(in a good way) you like a cold shower

Previously I would wake up at 5:30 am but have recently found myself waking up at that time and hence decided to stick with it.

Hello!

Today I’d like to share my morning routine. I have been using it for 4 days now and feel absolutely fantastic.

Waking up: 3:40 AM

I wake up at 3:40 am to give myself a headstart. Note, you don’t have to wake up at the same time as me. I do it because I’m comfortable with it. Previously I would wake up at 5:30 am but have recently found myself waking up at that time and hence decided to stick with it.

The first thing(not always) I do after waking up is to, thank God for His protection and for giving me the ability to see the day. I don’t do this at the exact same time sometimes I do it later in the routine. But i hope to be consistent. I just say a short prayer of thanks.

Check my investment portfolios + unproductive social media checking: 3:40 AM - 4:00 AM

I own some cryptocurrencies and stocks. So I usually go to Binance, check how the portfolio is doing. I also do a bit of research into potential crypto investments.

Then I check my stocks. See the profit/loss margin.

After this, I do some social media scrolling. It’s both productive and unproductive because I follow some great people who put out informational content but I also follow other people that post their lives. Which is not necessarily a bad thing but you know. It’s not productive. It doesn’t add anything to my life aside from knowing what they are up to. I also check YouTube. I have subscribed to some great channels and so I watch a video or 2.

Make my bed: 4:00 AM - 4:10 AM

After a prayer of thanks, investment portfolio checking, and social media scrolling, I make my bed. This is a must. Don’t just leave your bed disorganized as if an animal slept in it. Even Jordan Peterson said, “The most important thing you can do is make your bed!”. Your bed is your environment and your environment directly affects your mind. Make your bed to get the ball going. You need good momentum.

Workout: 4:10 AM - 5:10 AM

I have a bodyweight workout routine I follow.

Right now that is:

100 Pushups (2 variations 60/40)

200 Bicep Curls (An extra 100 for the heck of it)

100 Lateral Raises

100 Squats (2 variations 50/50)

100 Calve Raises

100 Heel Side Touches (Targets the Obliques)

100 Bicycle Crunches

100 Leg Raises

100 Bridges

Every week I increase this by 50 for progressive overload. I’ll start doing advance variations once I reach 200, which means, I’ll start from 50 again.

I’m currently in my second week.

What can I say, the biceps are growing well. So are the glutes!

The reason I do workouts first is that they are the hardest thing for me in the morning. Plus they give me energy and mental clarity for the day.

Read a book: 5:10 AM - 6:10 AM

Once done with my workout, I read a book. Currently reading “How to Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. I’ll post notes on this book soon. I read for 1 hour.

I also drink 1 liter of water during this period.

Official start: 6: 10 AM and Beyond

My day starts at 6:10 AM.

I will either take a shower(cold) or do some deep work/learning while listening to classical music until 8:10 AM. It all depends on my schedule. I also write during this time e.g now.

And that’s it. This is my current schedule. I will do my best and stay consistent as that’s the only way to grow and become better. I’ll soon add journaling to the reading time frame. But aside from that. This is what my mornings have looked like for the past 4 days. I just recently implemented it.

To summarize:

Bed: Social Media, Investments, Making the bed

Benediction: Praying/Thanksgiving

Body: Working out

Brain: Reading + Deep work/learning

“I think between age 21 to 29, is a phase of hustle, suffering and smiling, depression, overthinking, wondering whether you’ll achieve and make it in life. 90s babies hope y’all alright, you’ll be okay someday, don’t lose hope”.

And i thought to my self “Damn, the true in this!”

Hi there, how are you doing? Hope you are well.

So today i read a quote and this is what it reads,

“I think between age 21 to 29, is a phase of hustle, suffering and smiling, depression, overthinking, wondering whether you’ll achieve and make it in life. 90s babies hope y’all alright, you’ll be okay someday, don’t lose hope”.

And i thought to my self “Damn, the true in this!”

We all have our struggles but i believe we’ll make it.

Just Stack Wins!

I write articles based on the knowledge my mentors + friends have passed down. Some of these mentors aren’t even that successful but as long as they are ahead, i learn from them. This isn’t marketing. It’s the truth.

So guys, go check out those articles. Do your own research and implement. Stack good compounding habits, stack investments, stack skills and stack your money. I’ll continue to write all the advice i get so that we can both implement them. And look, I’m not better off than you but i decided to take the initiative to stack up my wins. I have my crypto portfolio that has made me 8k in less than 3 months. I have my stock portfolio that has made me 2k in 6 months. And I’m going to keep stacking up good habits.

But before this, before the crypto portfolio before the stock portfolio i failed. And i failed a lot. I’m currently at business attempt 11. I’ve lost money. I almost completely gave up. I almost took my own life. In fact there was a time where i did nothing all day every day simply because things weren’t working . I didn’t know what to do, so i would waste my day watching anime, being depressed and sad. Angry at myself, hating myself. I knew no one was to blame for my situation it was all me and that made me hate myself so much. I’d “punish” myself by not eating, not putting myself out there. I stopped writing articles. I stopped trying business and i just gave up.

But somehow God brought me out of it. I don’t know how and why.

So guys especially in your teens, twenties and thirties, don’t give up. It’s not over yet.

Now I work out, i learn new things, i build my business and i work on my brands/dreams, i invest and i stack good habits. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

“Just Do It”

Here’s a link to the blog: https://stephenajulu.com/blog

I talk about tech, life, personal finance and self improvement. I’m not an expert, and i often get knowledge from people going against the grain, so please do your own research.

The main lesson is

Stack up wins.

I don’t know what “ditch” you’re in right now but don’t stay there. It’s okay to get depressed, it’s okay to feel sad but guys there’s still so much you can do. You are still in your prime.

Look at most of these billionaires. They are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. Tom Ford tried to invent the bulb 10,000 times, so don’t give up.

I’ve failed more times than i can count, i still do but i decided to learn from them and grow. #growthmindset

Don’t give up.

JUST KEEP STACKING SMALL WINS!

You’ll often find that direction is better than speed.

Have a great day!

“And don’t forget to stack them wins!”

A tower isn’t built in a day rather it’s built by stacking brick after brick every day.

So now the question is,

Are you stacking or are you slacking?

MIC DROP

Here are 5 things you should do in order to set up your life for success and level up.

1. Workout and build your body

It goes without saying that self mastery is key to growth.

So workout, build your body and be physically capable. This alone will separate you from 80% of the planet. Don’t become comfortable being unfit and fat.

Adopt a growth mindset. Yes, you might be fat now but as long as you put in consistent effort, i can assure you that by the end of a month, the gains you’ll be seeing will shoot up your testosterone and confidence.

Hi men!

Plus, you’ll be better capable of attracting that girl you think is beyond your level. Think about it!

2. Chase success and fulfillment over women

Look, these girls aren’t going anywhere. Plus a recent study found that they want the top 10% of men. So instead of chasing a girl who might dump you for that rich bad boy. Become one yourself. Grind and hustle.

Build a set of marketable skills or better yet work on your own business. Build your dreams. You won’t regret it. Plus girls will be all over you once you succeed.

So work on yourself. Work on your dreams.

Now, I’m not saying “Stop looking, stop dating”. What I’m saying is let success be your primary goal.

My advice is this. Write down 5 things that are most valuable to you.

Here are mine, if you’d like an example.

God

Family

Wealth and Health(myself)

Friends

Women

Most of these women are hypergamous. So stop chasing them all over the place and start working primarily on you.

Chris Brown wasn’t kidding, “These hoes ain’t loyal”.

Advice: if you’ve got a girl and a kid, please do a DNA test. In a recent study, it was found that 9 out of 25 men are raising children that are not their own. To make this worse, most of these women knew the kid wasn’t there’s but because they needed a beta/simp who would provide, they lied. So before adding your name on the birth certificate, before marrying. If you have a kid with a girl. GET A DNA TEST! If you found out the kid isn’t yours, i suggest you leave but that decision is up to you.

And you better not forget to INVEST your money. I post articles for beginners on how to invest. There’s cryptocurrencies, stocks, NFTs, ETFs, bonds, bills, real estate and more. Pick some, research and invest. Simple

3. Seek God

Now, the only reason this is no 3 is because, i didn’t structure this list but men you need to seek God. You need spirituality.

4. Create/join a tribe

Guys, no man is an island, no man stands alone. I have to admit that i am having issues with this, seeing that i am an introvert with social anxiety but i am doing my best. So should you. And hey don’t just join any group. Join a tribe of Like Minded Individuals. Ask yourself this “Where do i see myself in the next 10/20 years?” then join a tribe of people with a similar answer or similar values or even better join a tribe of people who are already where you want to be.

5. Never stop learning

Learn more about:

Business

Redpill

Masculinity

Investing

Marketable skills

Female psychology

Money and Wealth

Nutrition for men(meat and eggs)

Solving problems

New technologies

There’s so much you can learn and do. Especially in this information age. Just do it.

Here comes a bonus:

6. Journal/Write

Please men, keep a journal. All great men, men of renowned wrote journals. Write down your thoughts in the morning and evening.

The mental clarity this will give you will leave you astonished wondering why you didn’t start early.

What is journaling you?

Journaling is the writing down of thoughts for present reflection and future reference.

Journaling allows you to organize your thoughts, document your goals, make life decisions, and even heal from past traumas. It’s truly a powerful tool that when incorporated into your regular routine can provide numerous benefits.

Why Should Men Journal?

Although many men may scoff at the thought of keeping a journal, many of the greatest visionaries in history had journals: Leonardo Da Vinci, Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, and Ernest Hemingway to name a few. Not to mention the numerous benefits from journaling are well-documented.

Benefits of journaling

Here are some benefits of journaling

Manages stress

Gives you immortality

Allows introspection and reflection

Boosts your mood

Improves memory

Reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression

Anyway guys, that’s it for now. For those who learn and implement this, “Greatness is coming”.

Are you one of them? if not start striving to become one of them.

The New 1% are:

Self-educated: They know that the secret to truly succeeding in this world involves constant self-education.

Highly skilled: They take full responsibility for themselves and therefore work on becoming better every day.

Emotionally intelligent: They are mature and understand that not everything should be taken seriously. They know how to control their emotions and reactions. They also know the right time for rage, anger, and sadness.

Fit and physically capable: They are capable of far more than the average and can easily help others when in need because they are constantly mastering their bodies.

High energy

Focuses on internal control: Because they know we can’t control everything.

Pays little attention to external: Distractions are everywhere. They know that distractions come at a hefty price and hence focus on what is necessary.

Works from anywhere: They don’t need an office to work at peak levels. They don’t need jobs to put food on the table. They want an office and a job but don’t need them as they are skilled in the use of the technologies at their disposal.

Builds social leverage: Social media for fun? They use it for both fun and profit, knowing which to do at the right time.

Invests money and time: They know investing time and money wisely begets more time and money.

Write: They journal, write articles, and generally write down their thoughts as they know this is key to becoming more articulate.

Value traditional values: They know traditional values were invented for a reason and as such value them.

Get 8 hours of sleep: They know sleep is key for a healthy body and brain and hence optimize their sleep ensuring the given time for the body to heal itself.

Read: They know little and hence build upon existing knowledge by reading books. Especially philosophy and self-improvement. They also value nonfiction.

Love their family: They know family is important.

Capable of extreme violence but don’t practice: They know that there’s nothing.

Eat right: Their bodies are a symbol of their discipline and as such, they take care of it well by feeding it with the nutrients it needs. Natural and Organic with plenty of meat and animal fats.

Watch what they think/see/hear: They know that thoughts are gateways to the soul and as such negative thoughts have a negative influence on their bodies, souls, and reality. They have an abundance mindset.

Have/build/join a “tribe”: They know that no man is an island and hence gather together with like-minded people in order to grow as a community.

Believe in a Supreme Creator: Let’s be honest, nothing creates itself. Nothing occurs by its self. There has to be a source of creation. I believe this source is God, the creator of Heaven and Earth and since He is the source, he wasn’t created and instead just is. He is, He will be and He will always be there for you. I like what He calls Himself: “I am that I am”. Basically means he existed, he exists and will always exist, there’s no beginning to Him and no end. He is the source and He made us in His own image. Hence the reason we are able to create things.

Back in the days of our grand fathers and great grandfathers, boys used to be initiated through pain and suffering in order to become men. There was circumcision(no anesthesia), front teeth pulling(no anesthesia), hunting, killing lions and other wild animals, isolation in forests, beatings, blood letting, “natural” tatooing(like the Sudanese people), fighting, bullet ant glove wearing and more.

I believe some form of initiation needs to be brought back for turning boys to men.

Hi guys. Look, I understand you are depressed, I understand you have no money, I understand you have no motivation but guys, you have no other choice, you absolutely have no other choice.

A woman can stay in her parent’s house until she’s 40 or 50 or even beyond. Yes, there’s the pressure of marriage but that eventually fades. But men even just staying in your parent’s house after 25 is taboo. Men have it 100 times harder in life.

Men are called to be providers and protectors yet no one is willing to provide and protect them.

There’s a reason why the male gender is one of the highest when it comes to depression and suicide. A woman can be crying on the streets and you’ll see society coming to help but men, you’ll be told to man up, you’ll be told to work harder. No one supports men aside from their parents sometimes they are the ones pushing you the hardest.

I love the fact that more and more men are rising to help other men.

Let’s all accept this fact in order to move forward.

Men have it rough. Life is always looking for a way to kick men down. Society doesn’t care.

My guys, if you want to go forward remember that everyone is out to get you. Women are out to get you(except a small minority who after a while will get sick and tired of you if you have no money, lack physical appeal, and can’t protect).

Reports say that more men than women are committing suicide, more men are depressed, more men are getting into drugs in order to escape reality.

LOOK, I’M NOT SAYING YOU SHOULD ADOPT A VICTIM MINDSET. YOU NEED TO REALIZE LIFE IS HARDER FOR YOU. YOU HAVE TO WORK HARDER.

Just recently, I got an email from one of the companies I had applied to for a job and this was their response(not word for word). “Hi, sir. Thank you for your application sadly we can not offer you the position requested anymore as we have a new policy and preference towards women. Do try again next time.” I was shocked and I’m not the only one, several of my friends have gotten the same response from different companies.

Men, please realize that it’s leveling up or nothing. Life is getting harder for us.

And it is getting even harder to find wives worth marrying. Women have become more hypergamous, if you aren’t earning as much as them, you are off their radar.

Getting jobs is becoming harder. Society deems the man violent, impulsive, and aggressive. It no longer wants men, it has no use for them. There are no wars. To the point, it’s even redefining masculinity. Look at all the soy boys. Soy boys are 50% more likely to get hired because they can be manipulated.

Guys, you have no other choice.

Any man is willing to accommodate a woman straight out of her mother’s house at 37 even if she doesn’t have a job or a degree but what about men? You will be told to “man up” by the same people attacking masculinity. Men and Soy Boys alike, it’s time to level up physically, spiritually, emotionally, financially, and mentally!

I’d like to conclude with a quote from Hafeez, host of The Roommates. Modified.

The goal of every man must be to improve himself constantly physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially and mentally. Every man must be in a perpetual state of leveling up until he takes his last breath!

Guys, there’s a war on masculinity. One day, go on YouTube and listen to a mordern “feminist” speak. Modern Feminism is toxic. The claim “Equality!”, “Equality!” then kick men down, talk about how toxic masculinity is and how anything men can do, women can do better. I love the idea of women getting the same jobs as men, but I don’t advocate for equality of outcome. Men naturally work harder, are more competitive, are more willing to do extra time, and are better capable of physically challenging tasks. Gender roles need to be brought back. Sadly I’m in no position to say this loudly as I am still a soy boy in the process of becoming a man.

I’ll leave you with this.

Girls naturally transition into womanhood but boys must be initiated into manhood. This is why calling a girl a woman or calling a woman a girl is acceptable whereas the opposite is bad and not condoned. Boys don’t automatically become men.

That’s it from me guys. Remember guys “No Pressure!”. Life is full of joy and fulfillment and you can make it. Don’t commit suicide, stop taking drugs and start working on your body. Try bodyweight exercises. You’ll be fine, there’s plenty in life for you. There are a lot of things you are yet to experience so hang in there but don’t forget that no one is coming to save you and that you don’t find yourself, YOU BUILD YOURSELF.

For those improving themselves

GREATNESS IS COMING!

One of those present contends that change no longer bothers him after having heard ‘a funny little story’ called Who Moved My Cheese? In this artful way, Spencer Johnson introduces the reader to his fable on how to cope positively with change.

The story involves four characters who live in a maze: the mice Scurry and Sniff, and two ‘littlepeople’, Hem and Haw. All is going well because they have found a huge source of their favorite food, cheese. Hem and Haw have even moved their houses to be near it and it has become the center of their lives. But they do not notice that it is getting smaller, and are devastated when they arrive at the site one morning and find the cheese is gone.

This is where the story splits in two. Scurry and Sniff quickly accept the loss of the cheese and go off into the maze in search of other sources. The littlepeople, because they have built their lives around the big cheese, feel they are the victim of some kind of fraud or theft. Yet this only makes things worse, as their clinging on ensures that they go hungry. Meanwhile, the mice move on and find new cheese.

The fable captures well that moment after we have lost a job or a relationship and we believe it is the end of the world. All the good things were in the previous situation, and all the future holds is fear. Yet Johnson’s message is, instead of seeing change as the end of something, we must learn to see it as a beginning. We have all been told this, but sometimes motivation is lacking. To make himself accept reality, Haw writes this on the wall of the maze: “If you do not change, you can become extinct.”

For life not to be wasted, it demands a level of risk and adventure. If you are willing to live this way, change loses its horror. In fact, the advancing person purposely creates change because the world is not currently how they would like it. What the Littlemen, Hem and Haw, discover is that breaking through your fears makes you free. Those who continually seek security, ironically, are wracked by the possibility that they may lose it.

While the book addresses the fact of change in all aspects of our lives, given how many offices it circulates in it would be fair to say that its main message relates to work. Most employees are employees because they prefer the security of a set wage under the apparent protection of large enterprise. For others, the chief benefit may be that for most of the day they do not have to really think; they ‘complete tasks’. But such dependence restricts personal growth, in the same way, those medieval serfs, while given a roof over their heads on the estate, often never strayed more than a few miles beyond it and could never expect to be truly independent people.

And today’s topic is Investing in yourself, now I am in no way a certified advise-man, but this is something many self-made recognize and encourage. This is what Warren Buffet said,

“The most important investment you can make is in yourself. Very few people get anything like their potential horsepower translated into the actual horsepower of their output in life. Potential exceeds realization for many people…The best asset is your own self. You can become to an enormous degree the person you want to be. “

Warren Buffett

The very best investment you can make is one that “you can’t beat,” can’t be taxed and not even inflation can take away from you. And that is you!

Without working on ourselves and improving ourselves every day, it would be unrealistic for us to expect a much different future from the one we have right now, it would also be unrealistic for us to perform better in the future because we will be no different tomorrow from the person we are today.

That is why YOU and GOD are the most important people you can place your time and money on.

An investment in yourself is a great example of self-love, and may very well be the most profitable investment you will ever make.

The worst thing you can do that will self-sabotage the ‘future” you is continuing to do the same thing and assuming that you will automatically improve and advance to where you wish to be. That is definitely wishful thinking. Let’s not forget that madness is doing something over and over expecting the same good results.

No improvement in our lives will happen automatically without us working on them. If we want to get better then we have to work on it.

And no one is exempt from this fact.

Whether you are a powerful CEO wanting to expand his company and build his legacy or an employee at the lowest point in the corporate ladder wishing to climb it faster, self-investment, therefore making yourself become more valuable to others around you is what will make you achieve those objectives.

When you are bold enough to take steps that will improve your performance and overall well-being, the universe will respond by granting you amazing results.

The effort you put into consistently investing in yourself will also play a large role in determining the quality of your life now and in the future.

The surest way to achieve a better quality life, to be successful, productive, and satisfied is to place a priority on investing in both personal and professional growth. The effort you put into consistently investing in yourself plays a large role in determining the quality of your life now and in the future.

Consider these:-

1. Develop Your Skills

Improving your skills doesn’t always mean investing in higher education, though that’s surely an option, and perhaps a necessary one depending upon your career field. Investing in your knowledge and skills can take many forms. We live in the information age, you can literary learn and grow your career for free. Think YouTube, Curiosity(The App), Lifehack, etc

In addition, expanding your level of knowledge and skill isn’t limited to the business arena and doesn’t necessarily need to be formal. There are many “skill investment” avenues.

Advance your education – extra classes, advanced degrees, relevant certifications, are all valuable investments. Take classes, either in person or online. (Lifehack also offers this Masterclass that helps you to break free from limitations.)

Utilize available training – enroll in workshops, attend conferences or participate in webinars.

Expand your knowledge – there’s a lot of information available on nearly any subject imaginable. Read books, articles, white papers, anything related to the talent or skill you want to work on.

Keep current – stay abreast of the latest trends or advancements. Subscribe to publications, read blogs of experts, and follow the latest news.

Stay tuned to my blog – I post on topics touching Technology, Cybersecurity, Self Improvement, Fitness, Fashion, and Lifestyle. Subscribe!

2. Explore Your Creative Side

There is a fountain of creativity within most of us that has never been tapped or certainly hasn’t been used to its highest potential. We may need to unearth and hone our individual creativity.

Creativity, in any form, helps us to grow personally and professionally, to view problems and solutions in different ways, and to utilize other parts of our mind that may have been previously untapped. It’s important to keep in mind that creativity has many faces. It’s far broader than being a painter or sculptor; it’s also about trying new things.

Learn a new language – take a class or use language training software.

Try gourmet cooking – enroll in a formal class, buy a new cookbook, or ask someone you know who enjoys cooking in a different way.

Write something – a book, short stories, poetry, anything.

Explore the outside world – try gardening, bird watching, or landscape photography.

Enjoy music – play an instrument, learn a new one or join a music group of some kind.

Create something tangible – paint, sculpt, make pottery, make jewelry or design your own clothes.

Choose some form of activity that you have never tried, haven’t practiced in years, or have never explored fully.

3. Nurture Your Mind and Body

Nurturing both your mind and body allows you to have more to give now and in the future — more energy, more knowledge, more compassion, more ideas, greater strength, physical and mental endurance.

Expand your mind. Learning new things and keeping your mind active even in simple ways helps to grow and maintain your mental ability.

Read – anything and everything.

Explore culture – attend performances, listen to different music, travel, or join an organization or group comprised of people from different backgrounds.

Open your mind – engage in conversations with those who disagree with you. Look at an argument and try to make a case for the opposing point of view.

Keep your mind active – play word games, (yes, even Words with Friends counts,) board games that include strategy, or try using your brain to perform simple calculations rather than relying on a calculator.

SLEEP – Yes sleep is important. It helps consolidate memories. Helps heal the brain. Helps the brain eliminate toxins. Improves focus, attention, retention, and clarity. Skipping even an hour is detrimental to your overall health. 8 hours is recommended. If you can 10 hours. And just like junk food, its effects seem nonexistent, at first but as the days and years go by things start becoming worse. Just adding 1 hour of sleep to your 8-hour schedule increases your lifespan. So stop listening to your parents. Use your “software”. Keep it up to date and “patched” otherwise you’ll end up using your “hardware”.

Meditation – Try it, am sure you are already well acquainted with the word.

Drink water, take a little more sodium(salt), and if possible add some Omega 3s.

Care for your body. Your body is like a well-oiled machine. If you care for it in the way that you might maintain an expensive car, it will perform marvelously and last for a very long time. Remember the basics:

Give it high-quality fuel – meaning to make healthy food choices as often as possible. What you eat does play a large role in your energy and ability to perform. You truly are what you eat.

Don’t push it too hard – meaning to rest and relax often, slow down, and don’t overload your system. Also, don’t shift gears too quickly; it causes stress and damage to “your machine,” A.K.A. your body.

Get regular and necessary maintenance – meaning to go to the doctor when you’re sick – don’t put it off until you totally break down. Better yet, use preventative maintenance; get check-ups, take appropriate vitamins and pay attention to irregular or erratic behavior.

Polish the exterior – meaning to take care of the outside too. Many people dismiss this as frivolous and self-indulgent, but it’s not as long as you don’t go overboard. We’re not talking about facelifts and Botox, we’re talking about getting a fabulous haircut, and wearing clothes that make you feel confident and attractive.

4. Invest in your finances

A lot of people say that money won’t bring you any happiness, and that may very well be true, but you can’t ignore the fact that being financially independent will give you the freedom to do the things you love a lot more.

And that definitely does bring a measure of fulfillment and happiness.

It does pay to be financially independent, that is why you must invest time in maintaining and managing your finances wisely.

As many financial planners will tell you, building wealth is a process made of many small actions that add up over time. So if you want to see your bank account grow over the next year, adopting new money and lifestyle habits now is a smart way to start.

So learn how to save more, read on and talk to the people who are successful financially, and devote 10 minutes a day to building a new financial skill. This will be of great value to you throughout your entire lifetime.

5. Invest in your self-confidence

Confidence in yourself will take you places.

Self-confidence will determine whether you stand up for yourself or not. It will determine whether you find the courage to leave a dysfunctional relationship or continue staying in one. It will make you act on your business plan or not. And it will mostly be the determining factor in whether you succeed or not.

So find the time to invest in building your self-confidence. Learn to have the courage to speak your truth. The more you love yourself and own the value that you offer, the more confident you will become in sharing it with others.

Investing in your personal confidence is a great investment that will even inspire others to do the same.

6. Invest in your relationships

One thing we can’t use an ‘instant results’ business model on and expect it to flourish is ‘our personal relationships’.

Relationships add more value to who we are and they take time to build. Your priceless most valuable relationships won’t take one day to build; they will take years and years. But they are also not built automatically without us putting in any effort. Go out there build your communication skills. Keep in touch with friends, family, and acquaintances. Unfortunately for me, I sweat and get anxious at the thought of starting conversations especially with people i don’t know so well. I am an Introvert and an INFJ to be more specific. Still, I can be quite the blabbermouth when I genuinely and truly know someone and they do me.

We need to work on building them all the time otherwise they will slowly fade and die off.

This applies to business relationships as well.

The benefits reaped from building our relationships can be measured and seen over their lifetime value. The more they grow, the more value they will have and the more valuable benefits you will see.

FINAL THOUGHTS

Investing in yourself emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially truly makes a difference in your life, your well-being, and your ability to thrive and perform to the best of your ability. The extent to which you invest in yourself, mind and body, not only shapes the way you interact with the outside world, it often reflects the opinion you have of yourself and this will affect your chances of success in the future.

Your future is in large part determined by your willingness and ability to invest in yourself now.

One of the most important rules in life is for you to “Invest in yourself”. If you don’t, who else will? You and only you have to be proactive enough to take that responsibility.

Be yourself, and do what you can to make yourself the best you can be.

If you are a man then you must absolutely do this as the world demands it. We are called to be builders and providers.

So invest in yourself, because your future depends on it. R

That’s it for today, have a wonderful day.

If I’ve missed something add it to the comments and I’ll add it to the post.

First I’d like to begin with a quote from Hafeez from The Roommates.

The goal of every man should be to constantly improve himself physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially.

Every man should be in a perpetual state of leveling up/self improvement until he takes his last breath

A month ago I was stuck, stuck in life, my finances weren’t improving, my health was declining, I hated myself and I started to hate the world and even God. I spent most of my days constantly complaining, hating myself, and watching anime. But recently I decided to change, I did my research and began taking steps to actively solve my problems. Here’s how you can do the same.

1. Wake up early

Waking up early gives you the time to improve yourself. It gives you time to recover the lost time you spent being average/mediocre. Set a time you feel comfortable, don’t go cold turkey on this otherwise, you will fail. If you wake up at 9, start waking up at 8:30 am if you wake up at 7, start at 6:30 am, and so on. I was brought up in an African home so I used to wake up at 7 every day from as far as I can remember and on school days I would wake up at 5 am, so I had to shift to waking up at 6:30, now I can wake up at 4:40. Once you can wake up automatically at this time, or you are comfortable deduct another 30 mins do that until you can wake up at 5 or 5:30 am. Now don’t stay in bed. The moment the alarm sounds, count to 5 and wake up whether you like it or not. Implement the 5 count rule, where if you don’t want to do something that you know is beneficial count to 5 then do it.

2. Benediction/Meditation

I’d suggest you pray if you are a Christian(like me), Muslim, Hindu, and all other religions. Talk to your God. Read His Word. I believe my God is the greatest, that doesn’t mean I want to fight you or hate you just because you worship a different god. If you don’t believe in God then I suggest you meditate though it would be better to become a Christian. #nohateordiscrimination

3. Work out

Try something simple for 1 month like Pushups(even inclined if you can’t do the regular version), squats, and leg raises with your stomach in.

I’d suggest you do this in 10 increments. Start with 10 on the first day, then 20 on the 2nd then 30, and so on. Keep raising it until you ABSOLUTELY can not finish the workout, don’t be afraid to rest in between reps as long as the rest doesn’t exceed 3 minutes. If you’ve reached your limit where you can no longer do more reps each day. Go back to 10. I started this on 1st, am at 60 reps. Feel free to do more if you’d like but make sure you do these 3 every single day, no rest days. Once you are on your 10th day, add calve raises, crunches, and dips. On your 20th incorporate 3 new exercises that hit the group of muscles that squats, pushups, and leg raises hit. On the 30th day add 3 new exercises + bridges. I now do push-ups(chest and arms), leg raises(abs), squats(legs), bridges(but), calve raises(calves), and dips(triceps). Once you reach 50 add planks(50 seconds). 100? you can take a day off every week. Hit 500? take 3 days break. Hit 600? start all over with more complex workouts.

I’m no physical fitness expert. These exercises are meant to be simple that you can perform every single day without a gym.

4. Read

I suggest reading 10 pages a day. Start with self-help books. I recommended some in a previous post.

Also Read:

You can even try audiobooks and summaries. There’s a guy on YouTube who makes great summaries: One Percent Better, search and try ‘The Rational Male" summary.

5. Define your purpose/passion and visualize

All men require a passion or purpose. If you have none, create one out of the things you like and love. Mine is building meaningful products that each tackle a problem in the world. I lost this during the depression I was in but I redefined it.

So write down your purpose/passion then write down what is necessary to achieve it. Dream big bro. Don’t limit yourself. Once you have the requirements necessary to reach it, phrase them in 3 months time, 6 months time, a years time, 5 years time, 10 years time, and 30 years time. Here is where you need to be realistic. You can’t be a millionaire in 3 months unless you have a millionaire backing you. Work tirelessly to meet these goals.

Now if you have a purpose, visualize yourself accomplished. Think about how great it would feel and what you would have if this purpose is realized. Use your mind’s eye and creativity. It might be helpful to build a visualization board that contains photo snippets of how you want to look, what you want to own, and how you want to feel. Use Canva, Spark Post, Photoshop, or even Microsoft Word to build it then print it and stick it somewhere within your field of vision where you can look at it almost all the time before and after sleeping.

QUICK TIP: DON’T LET YOUR GOAL BE MONEY. INSTEAD, FIND SOMETHING THAT CAN PROVIDE VALUE TO OTHERS AT THE SAME TIME BRINGING YOU MONEY AND SATISFACTION.

Money chasers die without actualizing their dream. Greed will kill you.

P.S: I’m not saying that you shouldn’t chase money, just don’t let it be all you chase.

7. Eat clean and healthy

As my teacher: Amerix always says:

If it is packed in a box, is fortified, is promoted by marketers, if marketers tell you “it is healthy”, if your great grandfather doesn’t recognize it. DON’T EAT IT!

I would suggest you go for Low/NO Sugar, No Soy, Moderate Sodium, High Fat, Low Carbs, More Veggies, More Meat, More Water, More Fiber, and Less Frequently

Sugar is very bad and harmful to your health. Phase it out.

Soy kills sperms, reduces testosterone, and creates estrogen. Go cold turkey.

Sodium is an electrolyte, use it moderately but don’t remove it completely.

Fat is very good for you, it doesn’t make you fat and it is used to build testosterone the primary male hormone responsible for spermatogenesis(production of sperm), muscle mass, health, and well-being. Skip “vegetable oils/butter/fat”, they are unhealthy and harmful. Go for butter, lard, coconut, or olive oil. Add it!

Eat fewer carbs and only eat unrefined that’s fibrous e.g. beans, pumpkins, veggies. Minimize starchy unrefined carbs like sweet potatoes and arrowroots. Remove all refined carbs like maize/wheat flour, soda, fruit juices, sugar. Reduce it.

Vegetables are healthy and good for you. This is a no-brainer. Increase it.

Meat is absolutely important. Go for “natural” meat or otherwise know as grass-fed meat. Skip sausages and anything you can’t make yourself with natural ingredients(avoid soy sauce). Increase it.

Water is a no-brainer. Drink lots but modulate, there’s such a thing as water toxicity/intoxication and hyponatremia(low electrolytes due to “flashing” caused by a water and electrolyte imbalance. If you experience nausea, vomiting, cramps, and fatigue after drinking a lot of water lick some salt.) Remember the body knows how much water it needs. Drink two glasses of water in the morning right after waking up. Modulate it.

Eat less frequently. Science has found correlations between long life spans and low frequency of eating. I suggest eating once a day, one and a half times a day or employing Intermittent Fasting. On Wednesdays eat supper early at 6 pm then skip meals till Friday at 7 pm, this is called Autophagy. Research! Reduce Frequency but Eat More.

8. Write

Writing has serious mental health benefits even if it’s not journaling + if you keep a blog like this, it can eventually grow to become a passive income source. Start by writing things you are grateful for then move to a journal then try blogging or you could do the process in reverse. Need a blog? Contact me and I’ll build one for you in less than a day. Contact me: alunje73@gmail.com to get a blog at very affordable prices, if you would like it with a custom domain name you may have to pay slightly more but you can always start with something like “aramsblog.netlify.app”.

9. Get a job or build a business

You need to get your finances in order once your mind and body are in order. Find a job or build a business around something you are competent or love. I am building my own business as I look for jobs. if I get blessed with a job, great, if my business succeeds even better, I’ve always wanted to employ myself since I was young. I had a business mindset but I wouldn’t turn away a job. I’d still be happy.

Whatever comes first!

10. Find good friends

I have never been good at making friends, I first had social anxiety before becoming introverted. I don’t necessarily like being an introvert but I don’t hate it either, the best way I’d describe it is a “tussle” between love and hate. But I am blessed to have friends with equally crazy dreams and we push each other forward. Find a good group of friends specifically male friends who will push you as you push them, who will be there for you when the challenges of life exceed your strength. Find trustworthy ones. Test them. For example, one day scare them with the “Hi, kindly help me, I’m in jail and I need bail” text. Some will genuinely not have enough money to support you others will support you, many will lie or laugh at you. Trust your gut.

11. Trust your instinct/gut

Look, many times your gut will tell you that your girl is cheating or something along those lines, many times we let our emotions rule us and dismiss this feeling. Look you are a man, if your gut tells you she’s cheating, confront her, go through her phone, remember in exchange for your love, attention, provision, penetration, and leadership she gives you her freedom and love(don’t be controlling), go through her phone, questions her, most of the time, it’s you brain that notices small cues like her putting a little more work towards her outfit and makeup just to meet the “girls” or she’s restricting sex. These are red flags. Your brain picks them up subconsciously then your gut brings them to the conscious mind. Don’t let emotions or even logic rule over you. If your gut brings something up, investigate get to the root cause until it stops or you find out something is wrong. This applies to friends. Your gut isn’t always right but it’s almost always right.

12. Dress and groom yourself

Look, you can’t be a 10 without putting more work into how you look. Go to Pinterest, check up on some men’s styles, and pick one of your preferences. Stick to it, if you get bored, go back to Pinterest, choose another. Guys level up your wardrobe. Remove graphic tees in favor of plain ones. If you are above 25 starts including some suits, cardigans, and more adult “stuff” while still keeping youthful clothing. When you approach 30 start phasing those out slowly. I’d suggest you start with essentials, speaking of essentials, try out my sponsor ESNTLS, I have a 10% Off deal with them go pick up a few stuff there and integrate it into your wardrobe. Here’s a link with the 10% discount already applied: ESNTLS, pick up some shades/glasses too: JadeBlack same 10% off deal. Would you like to smell good too? Try Santa Lucia Fragrance, same 10% off. Remember using skin products is not effeminate. But keep them to a minimal ( Hint: if you have more skincare products than your girlfriend, tone it down)

13. Be more assertive

You gotta stand up for yourself man! I suggest you use the No, Yes rule where you first say no, then think about it then say Yes. I recently got myself into some huge mess that had me paying some money every single month, I didn’t want to but because I wanted to be respectful and “nice” I agreed, now I regret doing it don’t be like me. Say no then yes. Don’t be a “nice” guy. In fact let me give you a secret, have you ever wondered why women go after bad boys? It’s because they are assertive, they don’t take or make excuses, she failed to show up to your date? Time her out and find other women. She did something wrong to you? Withdraw your attention from her and give it to other women who value it. Kill oneitis bro. Be assertive. You are the prize. Value yourself. If she cheats, forgive her and move on, don’t accept back a hoe, she will walk all over you and cheat again. Value yourself. Value your time. There’s plenty of fish in the sea. Don’t waste your time. Don’t be a nice guy, if she does something that upsets you, tell her, don’t shout just tell her. Bro, you deserve much better. Listen to this fact: If she is withholding sex when you want it, dump her and move on(unless there’s a valid reason) because women who love and want you will want to have sex with you. So stand up for yourself and be assertive.

14. Invest in yourself

Guys, think long-term. Start investing in stocks, money market funds, cryptocurrencies, index funds, ETFs, bills, bonds, and yourself. Create an emergency fund capable of taking you 12 months when you have no job or income. Remember women want men with resources. But don’t do this for them, do it for you. Guys, I’ve posted several articles on investing. Go read them.

The man who can not learn get’s left behind.

Don’t wait to be spoon-fed. Actively research things that will help you.

15. Red pill yourself

No-brainer. Subscribe to Youtube Red Pillers, Follow on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Learn and Grow.

16. Shower? Cold

The benefits are written all over the internet, research.

17. Amass Knowledge, Skills, Money, and Intelligence

No-brainer no 2. Grow and focus on yourself and your family. To quote the famous Chris Brown quote

These hoes ain’t loyal.

Bros, be careful some women only want your money and good genes, others have been found impregnating themselves with semen in a condom. Flush those things down after use.

It won’t kill you to stay single and celibate

As I keep repeating focus on yourself and your family. These hoes ain’t loyal. A woman will never love you the way you want to be loved. There are good women out there but remember women are governed by their emotions, one day she’s fine and the next she’s killing you slowly with poison just to get her hands on your hard-earned money. Focus bro!

Read the books recommended in step one. Take a look at my other articles. Women want an assertive, dominant, resourceful, alpha male who can lead and provide but can still hunker down and settle/commit. Don’t be in a hurry to marry. Survey the market, don’t lower your standards for anyone.

REMEMBER: YOU ARE LIKE FINE WINE, THE OLDER YOU GET THE BETTER YOU TASTE, BUT SHE’S LIKE FRUIT JUICE, OVER TIME SHE LOSES HER TASTE.

In conclusion: Girls become women once they are able to bear children, boys become men once they are “initiated” or once they met certain requirements.

Bonus: 18. Gain the abundance mindset

Gain the abundance mindset whether it is in dating, money, and more.

Did she break up with you? There’s plenty of fish in the sea. Did she cheat? Read answer 1. Did you miss a job? Keep looking, that wasn’t for you.

Remember there’s enough of everything to go around. Don’t settle on one thing or one missed opportunity. Bounce back.

For those in this journey with me: Greatness is Coming! Look Forward. Shoulders Back and Chest Puffed Up!

Have a great day men in the making!

Women, no offense but all that is written here is scientifically proven. Still, feel free to write your thoughts down below.

Next time I’ll list some of the RedPill and Masculinity YouTube channels, Twitter, and Instagram accounts all men should follow/subscribe to.

And that’s it, bros. See you next time. Got plenty of articles you can read. Go check them out.

Read 10 pages a day

Dedicate 1 hour a day to learning deliberately this can be through reading any book(better with Self-help and self-development) even the Bible. I will soon post books you can read in a separate post. Learn more about the 5-hour rule.

2. Balance out the negative talk with positive talk and vice versa

They say too much of something is poisonous and this is very true even in positive mental talk. If you are positive all the time, life will hit you like a fast-moving truck on a highway. Balance it out. Identify the things you are bad at, bad things you have done and fix them, try adding positive self-talk of actual good things you’ve done. Mental health should be a priority, don’t just dwell on the negative, everyone on this planet has a good side. Try balancing, this way you can solve personal problems within yourself and help yourself realize your attractive traits.

1.

3. Make your bed

Someone once said, “If you want to change the world, make your bed”. Small steps lead to big results. This may seem small and annoying but it actually builds your day into a successful one.

4. Take responsibility for your life

This is a no-brainer. No one is to blame for the challenges you are facing. You are! Move away, Fix, and Avoid things you know have dire consequences.

5. Build your online presence

First, start with changing all your profiles so as to have matching names. Many people underestimate the importance of consistency online. Few have reaped the benefits of showing your real name and posting meaningful posts.

6. Work out

You need to understand the importance of having a good and flexible body. It transcends physical benefits. Your mind gets clearer. Your body feels lighter and better. It boosts your immune system and so much more.

7. Adopt a healthier diet

My recommendation: High Fat, Low/Nonexistent Sugar, Low Carbs, More Veggies, More Protein, More Water and Less Frequency(One Meal A Day, or Intermittent Fasting, or One and A Half Meal A Day)

8. Write something

So many people all over the globe attest to the importance and benefits of writing. Try starting a journal, if it’s a bit hard try Gratitude Journaling. This can also be blogging like **me **but keep a separate journal for private thoughts.

9. Get a job(and build a side hustle) or build a business

Simple, right? Get a high-paying job and make a side hustle or build a business. Money is everything in our world don’t be fooled. Dream big. Put in the work and enjoy the results. Make it a priority to build 6 income sources.

10. Start investing + saving

Invest in stocks, cryptocurrencies, real estate, people, and more. But first, build an emergency fund. Tip: Build an emergency fund capable of carrying you(with your current lifestyle) for 6 months. This acts as a cushion for cases like this pandemic. Many people were laid off and they didn’t have an emergency fund. Get yourself a health insurance cover as well.
