When more estrogen is produced and found in your body, your brain shuts down testosterone production and halts spermatogenesis(the art at which the male body creates sperms).\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis not only decreases testosterone but also causes inflammation of the muscles and joints.
