Take Care of Your Health\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSimilar to the above, but addressing her body.\u003cbr\u003e\nShe takes care of:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe food she eats (no fast food, no adding kilos of sauce \u0026amp; salt, etc.)\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDrinks (avoids pops, colas, etc.)\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eExercising\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOverall, she keeps her body running smoothly.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"5-care-about-people-and-is-kind\"\u003e5. Care About People and is Kind\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKindness and Caring indicate strong motherly instincts and a high-value woman.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWarning for men\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf a woman couldn’t care less about your dreams, goals, ambitions… About your health… Then she’s either extremely self-centered or she lacks empathy.\u003cbr\u003e\nEither way though, she’s not a high-value woman.\u003cbr\u003e\nAnd she’s not good relationship material.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"6-become-more-emotionally-stable\"\u003e6. Become More Emotionally Stable\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWomen tend to have wilder mood swings as compared to men, so they get a bit more leeway.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBut a high-value woman is still expected to be:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRelatively secure of herself and of her own worth\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNot going to make public drama\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNot excessively anxious\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eNo wild mood swings (a sign of borderline personality)\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eGenerally positive and uplifting\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEmotionally stable doesn’t mean she doesn’t cry or that she never gets angry. It doesn’t even mean she can’t have a nervous breakdown or have bouts of slight depression and self-doubt.\u003cbr\u003e\nThose are normal parts of life and dealing with them openly is actually another sign of high value.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"7-radiate-positivity-and-lift-people-up\"\u003e7. Radiate Positivity and Lift People Up\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMen should have a pursuit, a goal, or a major interest.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor women, it’s not as necessary.\u003cbr\u003e\nIndeed too obstinate a pursuit can become a drawback.\u003cbr\u003e\nNot that there is anything wrong with obstinately pursuing anything per se, but it’s easy to lose femininity when on a single-headed warpath.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e“Radiating positivity” doesn’t mean “always happy”.\u003cbr\u003e\nThat’s just silly.\u003cbr\u003e\nIt simply means her baseline mood is slightly towards the positive side of the spectrum, and that she interfaces the world with a smile instead of a growl.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThat conveys lots of positive qualities.\u003cbr\u003e\nBaseline mood is either genetic, which is good, or it means that she works on herself and makes an effort to be on the more optimistic side of life -an even \u003cem\u003ebetter\u003c/em\u003e sign-.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"8-playfulnessplay-little-games\"\u003e8. Playfulness(Play Little Games)\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe women’s dating literature is all about playing games.\u003cbr\u003e\nBy far the three most popular being:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMake him wait for sex\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePretend you’re not interested\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eLet him invest more\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eTease him\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ol\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"9-have-a-growth-mindset--become-teachable\"\u003e9. But a truly high-value woman will strive to be a peacemaker—even when doing so isn’t the easiest thing.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a trait to treasure highly in a woman. And truth be told, there aren’t very many women nowadays who cultivate this skill.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen you come home from work, is this woman going to be a source of peace—welcoming you into your ‘castle’ and respecting you as the leader? Become a Tribe Builder\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs a man who wants to better himself, you’re going to be tasked with being an effective leader in life. This is an important alpha male mandate. But choosing a woman who can assist you wisely and effectively in this endeavor is just as important.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA hierarchy is always more stable when it contains equal levels of powerful masculine \u003cem\u003eand\u003c/em\u003e feminine influence.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA high-value woman understands this and understands that her role as a tribe-builder goes hand-in-hand with the alpha male mandate of leadership. Thus, a high-value woman will seek to uplift her fellow tribe members.
