Now, we are weaker, more feminine, emotional, passive-aggressive, shy, fat, low testosterone, and unable to provide, protect and lead our families.

With that said, here are 20 things I believe we(MEN) must do in 2022 to bolster our success. I’ll keep it as brief as possible.

1. Find mentors
2. Get in shape. “No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” - Socrates
3. Qualify women based on factors besides sex.
4. Make improvements but stay true to who you are.
5. Craft yourself into a leader.
6. Have an impact on the world. Leave a dent. “Don’t go silently into nothingness without a legacy” - Stephen Ajulu
7. Start saving, investing, building, and making more money. “Only women and pets are loved unconditionally. Men are loved based on what they can provide” - Unknown
8. Talk to more people. Build a social life. Become more social.
9. Lead your friends! Lead them to self-improvement. Make them high-value men. Don’t be quick to drop friends if they are low value.
10. Adopt a winner’s mindset, a growth mindset, and an abundance mindset. There are enough resources for all of us. Did she dump you? Fine. Build your body, wealth and health then find someone better. Lost your job? Fine. Build your skills and find another one. Be in a state of constant growth.
11. Quit the victim mindset. No one will hand you anything in life and no one cares. You have to make lemonade with the lemons you have been handed. Don’t play the victim. Don’t be the victim.
12. Buy things. Ownership is key. Cut all the crap about renting. Buy property.
13. Do what scares you. The wise men say, “Everything you want is on the other side of fear”
14. Stop putting women on a pedestal and as your focus. You are the prize. Focus on building yourself and your legacy. A woman must never be your first, second, and even third focus unless she’s your wife.
15. Women are naturally hypergamous. Learn this and red pill yourself. But don’t hate them for it. It’s their nature. Even in nature, females choose the man who can provide the most resources and protection. So instead of complaining and hating them, be the man who can provide the most resources and protection. This goes in tandem with no 7.
16. Become self-sufficient. Learn to be independent. Someone caused your business to go down? Be the kind of man who can start another one. Lost your job? Learn a skill then monetize. Never depend on anyone or anything. Become self-sufficient.
17. Identify your beliefs and stick to them
18. Inspire others. Look life is hard as it is. We all have different challenges but the fact remains, everyone has challenges. Be the kind of man who lifts people up. The one who inspires them to be more.
19. Take everything in life with a grain of salt.
20. Your life is 100% your responsibility. So act like it.
21. Bonus: Identify the things you value then protect them. I’d suggest you list the 5 things you value most. Mine is 1. My God, 2. My Mission/Purpose/Self, 3. My Family, 4. My Assets, and 5. You Guys + My Closest Friends.
22. Bonus: Become dangerous. Learn how to hurt others but don’t hurt others unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. “A harmless man is not a virtuous man. Testosterone is the lifeblood for men. Low testosterone can impact all areas of your life. You’ll have depression, become unable to get it up, lose ambition, become dull, have low libido, low mental performance, low memory, low metabolism, and the list goes on.

Today I want to cover how you can increase testosterone and feel GREAT! Feel masculine.

Simple steps. No bullsh*t. Coming from a guy who had hypogonadism.

First, get your levels checked. It’s a simple blood test. Remember to check FREE TESTOSTERONE. Relatively inexpensive, depending on where you get it done.

1. Eat more meat and eggs - Especially organic grass-fed fatty beef and organic eggs. I won’t go into the bro-science here as I believe this deserves its own article, which I’m working on. Just eat more meat and eggs. Grass-Fed Beef is one of the most nutritionally dense food on the planet plus it has zinc and fatty acids. Remember testosterone synthesis requires cholesterol! Even the end product: testosterone is for a lack of a better word “oily”. Let proteins make up half your plate. Organ meats are even better especially the liver. If you are feeling adventurous, eat the balls too!
2. Reduce running. Do sprints - I respect the runners out there but scientific studies have shown that sprinting can increase testosterone by 40%. So do regular sprints.
3. Lift heavy things - Lifting heavy weights/things has been shown to boost testosterone considerably. It’s why gym-goers are so muscular(Testosterone is vital in muscle building). I’d suggest compound workouts that hit multiple muscles and muscle groups at the same time. Remember you don’t have to go to the gym to build muscle. There are bodyweight exercises and random household objects e.g that 10 liter bottled water or that heavy shopping bag.
4. Get some sun, son! - Red light/infrared has been shown to boost testosterone by almost 60%. Plus Vitamin D is a requirement for testosterone synthesis. Get some sun and while you are at it sun your genitals/balls. This will drive up that percentage even more. Remember consistency is key. Just make sure you don’t get your little friends too hot as I’m sure you know high heat kills sperms.
5. Cold showers - There’s a reason why your 2 little friends hang on the outside. They can’t take the hit(sorry I meant heat but you know). Plus studies show that planned and timed exposure to stress(especially the cold) is, actually good for you. Men were meant to dominate. The more good things that stress you short term the better. You don’t want constant stress just a timed exposure. Constant stress leads to an increase in cortisol and that actually decreases testosterone.
6. Lose weight/fat - Especially around your midsection. Fat has something called “aromatase” that actually turns testosterone into estrogen and that is the worst thing that can happen to a man. Estrogen is fine in very low levels. Trust me, you don’t want this increasing. Lose weight bro! Build muscle. Muscle actually has the reverse effect. Yes everyone has abs but they are muscle, train them. Sprinting may help but you might have to start with running.
7. Avoid Soy, Phylates, BPA, and anything that starts with “Benzo” in your products
8. Cut out simple carbohydrates, replace them with complex carbohydrates and reduce carbs in general
9. Avoid sugar at all costs - I’ll cover why in an upcoming article.
10. Avoid processed food, “vegetable” oils, and wheat
11. Eat the right amount of dark leafy vegetables - A good rule of thumb is 1/4 of your plate.
12. Practice one of the following: Intermittent Fasting, One Meal A Day, One and A Half Meals A Day, or Two Meals A Day.
13. Finally nofap. Stop masturbating. It’s reducing your testosterone. Plus it dulls you. The eyes you get when you nofap/nonut is proof that withholding your semen actually increases your testosterone.
14. Last case scenario: Do Testosterone Replacement Therapy. If your levels are very low. It’s best to see a doctor, get a test done, and then commence treatment at once.

Low T is detrimental to men of all ages. It’s a silent killer. Fix it now with these steps. More T = Better life

Masculinity

Masculinity is the lost art of being a strong, confident, intelligent, skillful, and manly character that is focused on the pursuit of an ultimate goal bigger than himself, women, and those around him.

Masculinity is not toxic, aggressive, and overly sexual. On the contrary, it’s a man who is in constant pursuit of things far greater than himself. Constantly improving himself and those around him. A true high-value man who is solving problems and creating things for the benefit of himself and others.

A man is destined to be a protector and provider. He understands his roles and follows the ways of his ancestors.

In this age of betas, white knights, simps, and soy boys, a masculine man sets himself apart by being a strong, charismatic, and useful member of society.

Tell me who are the first people to respond and react in times of danger? Who makes up the large percentage of protectors? Who provides the most? Who are the most willing to lay down their lives for others?

Never before has masculinity been this demonized. By no means am I saying that Toxic Masculinity doesn’t exist, what I am saying is that a large percentage of so-called feminists have bundled up good/necessary masculinity and toxic masculinity into one thing. Toxic Feminism has made attacking men/masculinity its sole purpose and they are winning! How do I know this? Look at the crime rates. Look at the no of fatherless children. These are the consequences of the erosion of masculinity.

But I like a quote by The Path To Manliness.

“When the barbarians are at the gates, suddenly masculinity is no longer toxic.”

How to create your own masculine character and live up to it

To create one, we first must know the characteristics of one. Here are a few examples. Remember we are working towards becoming a truly high-value man, not faking it. Go against the grain. Pick some characteristics, give yourself a time frame or a deadline then put in the work.

• Physically, Emotionally and Mentally Strong
• Intelligent and Highly Skilled
• Calm, Collected, and Stoic
• Having the ability to exercise extreme violence but remaining virtuous - A controlled monster. The true meaning of morality, virtue, and humility. Definition first coined by Jordan Peterson. A harmless person is not a virtuous person. When a harmless person tastes power, they cease to be virtuous as they become drunk with it and begin showing their true colors.
• Self Control
• A Risk Taker
• Kind and Generous
• Playful and Charismatic
• Assertive and Dominant but not arrogant
• Independence
• Leadership
• Ambition
• Integrity
• Socialized
• Well Dressed and Groomed
• Respectful
• Dangerous
• Focused
• Sexual - At the appropriate time
• Mysterious
• Capable of transmuting sexual energy instead of spilling it carelessly

These are but a few examples. To create your own hyper-masculine character, I’d suggest you pick 5 then work on them.

Physical Strength and Virtue are a must. They ensure you are capable of protecting the things that are important to you without being a bully/brute. You don’t want to be a brute who bullies people in an attempt to garner respect. You want to be a protector. One who is naturally respected.

Skillfulness ensures you are capable of providing for your family.

Make sure that whatever you pick leads you down a path that will guarantee you can provide and protect. As these 2 things are key.

I am no different from beta males. Growing up mostly fatherless is hurting society.

But I am changing things, I am on the journey of becoming a masculine and high-value man. You have to remember it starts with you. Be the change you want to see in society. Don’t just spill your seed carelessly. The world doesn’t need more fatherless children, soy boys, betas, simps, and white knights.

It needs masculine role models willing to take the lead.

I am working on myself, constantly trying to put to death the less desirable traits within me. It’s a battle. But it’s one that I know I can win.

Here are 5 things you should do in order to set up your life for success and level up.

1. Workout and build your body

It goes without saying that self mastery is key to growth.

So workout, build your body and be physically capable. This alone will separate you from 80% of the planet. Don’t become comfortable being unfit and fat.

Adopt a growth mindset. Yes, you might be fat now but as long as you put in consistent effort, i can assure you that by the end of a month, the gains you’ll be seeing will shoot up your testosterone and confidence.

Plus, you’ll be better capable of attracting that girl you think is beyond your level. Think about it!

2. Chase success and fulfillment over women

Look, these girls aren’t going anywhere. Plus a recent study found that they want the top 10% of men. So instead of chasing a girl who might dump you for that rich bad boy. Become one yourself. Grind and hustle.

Build a set of marketable skills or better yet work on your own business. Build your dreams. You won’t regret it. Plus girls will be all over you once you succeed.

So work on yourself. Work on your dreams.

Now, I’m not saying “Stop looking, stop dating”. What I’m saying is let success be your primary goal.

My advice is this. Write down 5 things that are most valuable to you.

Here are mine, if you’d like an example.

1. God
2. Family
3. Wealth and Health(myself)
4. Friends
5. Women

Most of these women are hypergamous. So stop chasing them all over the place and start working primarily on you.

Chris Brown wasn’t kidding, “These hoes ain’t loyal”.

Advice: if you’ve got a girl and a kid, please do a DNA test. In a recent study, it was found that 9 out of 25 men are raising children that are not their own. To make this worse, most of these women knew the kid wasn’t there’s but because they needed a beta/simp who would provide, they lied. So before adding your name on the birth certificate, before marrying. If you have a kid with a girl. GET A DNA TEST! If you found out the kid isn’t yours, i suggest you leave but that decision is up to you.

3. Seek God

Now, the only reason this is no 3 is because, i didn’t structure this list but men you need to seek God. You need spirituality.

4. Create/join a tribe

Guys, no man is an island, no man stands alone. I have to admit that i am having issues with this, seeing that i am an introvert with social anxiety but i am doing my best. So should you. And hey don’t just join any group. Join a tribe of Like Minded Individuals. Ask yourself this “Where do i see myself in the next 10/20 years?” then join a tribe of people with a similar answer or similar values or even better join a tribe of people who are already where you want to be.

5. Never stop learning

4. Investing
5. Marketable skills
6. Female psychology

8. Nutrition for men(meat and eggs)
9. Solving problems

There’s so much you can learn and do. Especially in this information age. Just do it.

Please men, keep a journal. All great men, men of renowned wrote journals. Write down your thoughts in the morning and evening.

The mental clarity this will give you will leave you astonished wondering why you didn’t start early.
