Note, you don\u0026rsquo;t have to wake up at the same time as me. I do it because I\u0026rsquo;m comfortable with it. Previously I would wake up at 5:30 am but have recently found myself waking up at that time and hence decided to stick with it.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe first thing(not always) I do after waking up is to, thank God for His protection and for giving me the ability to see the day. I don\u0026rsquo;t do this at the exact same time sometimes I do it later in the routine. But i hope to be consistent. I just say a short prayer of thanks.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"check-my-investment-portfolios--unproductive-social-media-checking-340-am---400-am\"\u003eCheck my investment portfolios + unproductive social media checking: 3:40 AM - 4:00 AM\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI own some cryptocurrencies and stocks. So I usually go to Binance, check how the portfolio is doing. I also do a bit of research into potential crypto investments.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen I check my stocks. See the profit/loss margin.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter this, I do some social media scrolling. It\u0026rsquo;s both productive and unproductive because I follow some great people who put out informational content but I also follow other people that post their lives. Which is not necessarily a bad thing but you know. It\u0026rsquo;s not productive. It doesn\u0026rsquo;t add anything to my life aside from knowing what they are up to. I also check YouTube. I have subscribed to some great channels and so I watch a video or 2.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"make-my-bed-400-am---410-am\"\u003eMake my bed: 4:00 AM - 4:10 AM\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter a prayer of thanks, investment portfolio checking, and social media scrolling, I make my bed. This is a must. Don\u0026rsquo;t just leave your bed disorganized as if an animal slept in it. Even Jordan Peterson said, \u0026ldquo;The most important thing you can do is make your bed!\u0026rdquo;. Your bed is your environment and your environment directly affects your mind. Make your bed to get the ball going. You need good momentum.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"workout-410-am---510-am\"\u003eWorkout: 4:10 AM - 5:10 AM\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI have a bodyweight workout routine I follow.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRight now that is:\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Pushups (2 variations 60/40)\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e200 Bicep Curls (An extra 100 for the heck of it)\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Lateral Raises\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Squats (2 variations 50/50)\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Calve Raises\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Heel Side Touches (Targets the Obliques)\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Bicycle Crunches\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Leg Raises\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e100 Bridges\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEvery week I increase this by 50 for progressive overload. I\u0026rsquo;ll start doing advance variations once I reach 200, which means, I\u0026rsquo;ll start from 50 again.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI\u0026rsquo;m currently in my second week.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat can I say, the biceps are growing well. So are the glutes!\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe reason I do workouts first is that they are the hardest thing for me in the morning. Plus they give me energy and mental clarity for the day.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"read-a-book-510-am---610-am\"\u003eRead a book: 5:10 AM - 6:10 AM\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce done with my workout, I read a book. Currently reading \u0026ldquo;How to Think and Grow Rich\u0026rdquo; by Napoleon Hill. I\u0026rsquo;ll post notes on this book soon. I read for 1 hour.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI also drink 1 liter of water during this period.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003ch2 id=\"official-start-6-10-am-and-beyond\"\u003eOfficial start: 6: 10 AM and Beyond\u003c/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMy day starts at 6:10 AM.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI will either take a shower(cold) or do some deep work/learning while listening to classical music until 8:10 AM. It all depends on my schedule. I also write during this time e.g now.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnd that\u0026rsquo;s it. This is my current schedule. I will do my best and stay consistent as that\u0026rsquo;s the only way to grow and become better. I\u0026rsquo;ll soon add journaling to the reading time frame. But aside from that. This is what my mornings have looked like for the past 4 days.
